Banana and Mango Parfait

Parfaits are layered desserts which often contain yogurt, granola and fruits.

It is an easy healthy brunch / breakfast recipe.



I make the granola beforehand so i could add all my favorite ingredients to it as well as control the amount of sugar content in it.

For a healthier granola recipe, coconut oil can also be substituted.

Allowing the granola to cool would ensure the dried fruits don't swell.

This recipe is an easy go to for those rushing to work on mornings and trying to keep a healthy diet.
