Bouillabaisse

On one of my family vacations, we went to the beautiful Caribbean Isle of St. Lucia where I got the chance to experience quite a unique dish from one of their popular restaurants. This dish photographed in the picture below is known as “bouillabaisse,” in other terms basically a ‘fish stew’.

On returning to Trinidad, I decided I had to try this scrumptious dish for myself. I decided to take my own turn on the recipe. Here’s the recipe that I used. 

I often find myself going back to this recipe since I’m an avid seafood lover, it takes me back to that peaceful relaxing night in St. Lucia.
