Lemon Chicken

Chinese food is one of my absolute favourite cuisines. I quickly whip up some Chinese fried rice, stir-fry vegetables and lemon chicken whenever I get cravings for Chinese food. This recipe for lemon chicken is to die for! It is one for the books! Try it and let me know how it tastes. You could toss the chicken in any kind of sauce that you like (for example plum sauce in the pic above) as well and it would taste just as delicious !
